• Retainer search

Suitable for senior search assignments where high degree of confidentiality and discretion is required. Our professional fees are payable linked to the progress of the assignment.

• Contingent search

Suitable for middle to senior management roles. We charge higher professional fees but our fees are only payable once our candidates have been selected.
