Arvind Singh, Singapore
Arvind brings two decades of international banking experience at leading banks such as Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank. He started his banking career with consumer bank at Citibank India. Based in Singapore since 1991, Arvind held various regional roles in the area of product management, sales, project management and risk management. Arvind led a global credit risk re‐engineering initiative for the wholesale Bank at Standard Chartered in view of Basel 2. A Physics major, Arvind completed his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (84) and Advanced Management Program at Wharton Business School (98).
Arun Diaz, India & Indonesia
Arun brings nearly 30 years’ of senior level international banking and consulting experience gained at Standard Chartered Bank and more recently, with Reuters. Arun has managed banking operations, led large technology and change programs including Y2K and a global cross‐border processing program. As Programme Director for the Bank’s Fit for Growth Program, Arun led the creation of off‐shore processing hubs in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Chennai, India.

Chong Yong brings 20+ years of experience of project management and business consulting experience in implementing general ledger, financial and BI solutions for clients in various industries including Banks, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Government, and Insurance. He is well experienced in designing chart of accounts and reporting structures, formulating accounting policies and procedures, enforcing internal controls and business process flow, and implementing new accounting system solutions. An MBA from Heriot‐Watt University, Chong Yong worked with leading firm such as Computer Associates.

Sadia Rana, Singapore
After obtaining a Masters in Management and Information at the University of Manchester ( UK) and another Masters in Public Administration at the University of Punjab, Sadia started her professional career working for Taylor Nelson Sofres as a market researcher. After two years she joined the Marketing and Sales department at iTouch UK and two years after that, in 2005, she moved to eEye Digital Security Geneva as a Sales Consultant. With an international work experience and education background Sadia’s prime role at Quest is to build our client base by truly understanding our clients’ business and culture, as well as successfully interpreting their unique resourcing requirements.
Michele Lee, Singapore
Michele started her career with Citibank Singapore and spent 12 years with her last role being Officer- Quality & Training with Global Consumer Bank covering South East Asia. After that, she worked with ABN Amro in Human Resource function. Since 2001, Michele has been in search and recruitment business focusing on retail banking, commercial/ SME banking and corporate functions.
Nurlely Susetiyo, Indonesia
Nurlely (Ilen) brings over 15 years’ of banking experience with leading banks in Indonesia including Citibank, Bank Danamon, Bank Lippo and Bank Permata. In her last role at Bank Permata before she joined Quest, Ile was responsible for service quality and network management. She has held increasingly senior roles in consumer banking with particular emphasis on sales/ service quality. Ilen has excellent networks among banking professionals in Indonesia.
Saloni Singh, India/ UAE
Saloni brings nearly 20 years banking experience with leading banks such as DBS Bank, GE Money and Bank of America. A six sigma black belt holder from DBS and a lead assessor for ISO, Saloni held the role of AVP- Core Banking for wealth management and trade finance at DBS Bank. Saloni moved to search and recruitment business 3 years back and has successfully helped clients with their talent acquisition needs.
Zhang Meng, PRC/ China
Zhang Meng brings 6 years’ Human Resource experience with State owned and Private owned trading and consulting companies in China. In her HR consulting role, she undertook research, facilitated works and ran focus groups. She eared her MBA in HR from Pune University in India.
